Sellers provide product details, including descriptions, images, and prices for items (e.g., gold bracelets, rings, etc.). This information is shared publicly with other users after admin approval.

c. Chat and Communication Data

The app allows Sellers and Payers to communicate via chat. Any messages exchanged between users will be stored to facilitate communication and ensure a safe environment for both parties.

d. Location and Device Information

We may collect device information such as your IP address, browser type, and version to improve the app's functionality and enhance user experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

To facilitate account creation and manage user accounts.
To verify and approve products listed by Sellers.
To facilitate communication between Sellers and Payers via chat.
To allow Sellers and Payers to negotiate and arrange payments outside the app.
To update product prices using the gold API or based on admin-set prices.
To comply with legal requirements and prevent fraud.

4. Payment Information

There is no in-app payment processing system. If a Seller wants to buy a subscription, they must send the payment manually using cliQ and contact the admin. Sellers and Payers are responsible for arranging payments between themselves using the chat functionality within the app.

5. Sharing Your Information

With Other Users: Seller product listings, including names and descriptions, are visible to all users of the app. Chat messages are visible only to the parties involved.
With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers that assist with app analytics or communication tools.
With Law Enforcement: If required by law, we may disclose your information to comply with legal processes or government requests.
